We are working with the vendor to secure pronoun ribbons going forward. 

We are currently looking at: 

• He / Him 
• She / Her 
• They / Them 
• We are also looking at a fourth option of a "My pronouns are" with open blank to be filled in by the wearer if these three prior options do not apply to the wearer. 

These will be an available option if you want to wear them, but are not required for wear if you don not want to. 

We are looking for feedback on our Facebook Event if you'd like to share.

"Greetings ConCoctioneers! 

The ConCoction Volunteer Staff has been busy with another last minute date change going in to the 2020 membership year.

As we stated during our "State of the Con" Q&A panel and "Closing Ceremonies" at Cleveland ConCoction 2019 we do not want to break up the local Community between two events.
To that end Cleveland ConCoction 2020 has effectively moved to the third weekend in March - March 20-22, 2020. 

For those members who pre-registered their 2020 memberships at ConCoction 2019 and will now be unable to attend and would like a membership refund, send us an email with your name and registration information to [email protected]
We will honor these requests until June 30th, 2019, no questions asked. 

We will be returning to The Bertram Hotel & Conference Center in Aurora, Ohio again in 2020 and look forward to being at this host site again. 

Pre-registration for Cleveland ConCoction's 2020 Convention is now open online and mail-in forms will be available soon for download online.
Volunteer signups are also open for the 2020 year.

Wanting to just visit our Vendors in the Exhibit Hall, Artists in the Art Show, or visit our Authors in Authors Alley?

The Sunday Hall pass is a great way to dip your toes into the ConCoction waters of fandom!  

At only $5 for the day, for the hours of 9am - 2:30pm on Sunday March 3rd you can explore these areas of the convention. 

Also, should you decide to become a member of the 2020 ConCoction Convention, you can sign up onsite on Sunday only in Registration.

Cleveland ConCoction's 2019 Convention is coming! 

Have you pre-registered for your 2019 ConCoction Membership?
 
Membership is now $45 for adults for the year and $15 for kids ages 7-12 until February 9th, including Group Registrations (groups are by mail-in only). 

After February 9th you'll only be able to obtain your membership at the door during ConCoction's 2019 Convention.

Interested in ordering custom ribbons through Cleveland ConCoction? 
As of October 15th Custom Ribbon ordering is now open. 

With 39 ribbon colors and 14 foils to choose from, you can come up with almost any combination! 
Just fill out the form on our website under the registration section and let us know your quantity, colors and ribbon text.  

All ribbon order must be pre-paid once your ribbon design is approved and will be available for pick up in registration at the convention. 

Submit your custom ribbon order on our website before January 15th, 2019!

First, the current schedule is live online via a link on our website to the brand new handy dandy Online Pocket Program!  

There are still items to be updated/added between now and Sunday, but the major bulk of the schedule for all areas is now online!

Secondly, because the schedule is just now going out, we are extending the online pre-reg a few more days... 
You will have until Monday February 26th at 11:59 to pre-reg your weekend membership.  

After that all pre-reg is closed and will be onsite ONLY for weekend or single day memberships. There will be no further extensions.
