Interested in ordering custom ribbons through Cleveland ConCoction? 
As of October 15th Custom Ribbon ordering is now open. 

With 39 ribbon colors and 14 foils to choose from, you can come up with almost any combination! 
Just fill out the form on our website under the registration section and let us know your quantity, colors and ribbon text.  

All ribbon order must be pre-paid once your ribbon design is approved and will be available for pick up in registration at the convention. 

Submit your custom ribbon order on our website before January 15th, 2019!

First, the current schedule is live online via a link on our website to the brand new handy dandy Online Pocket Program!  

There are still items to be updated/added between now and Sunday, but the major bulk of the schedule for all areas is now online!

Secondly, because the schedule is just now going out, we are extending the online pre-reg a few more days... 
You will have until Monday February 26th at 11:59 to pre-reg your weekend membership.  

After that all pre-reg is closed and will be onsite ONLY for weekend or single day memberships. There will be no further extensions.

It's that time again!  

Time to travel to the wintery wonderland of Wheeling, Illinois for CapriCon 38. 
This year they will have such guests as Timothy Zahn, Sarah Wilkinson, Monica Valentinelli and so many, many more! 

If you missed us at our WindyCon 44 room party, come find us at our table at CapriCon.
We will have our book swap (leave a book/take a book), bumper stickers, pre-reg forms, and an onsite pre-reg prize drawing for one lucky winner who pre-registers at CapriCon with us.

• 2/13 - 1Q Newsletter articles/ads are due 
• 2/13 - February volunteers meeting 
• 2/15 - 2/18 - CapriCon 38 
• 2/15 - Mailin Pre-regs must be postmarked by this date
• 2/21 - Hotel room block closes 
• 2/23 - Online pre-reg closes

Hello everyone!

I hope this message finds you safe and in good spirits. I am writing you today because we are three months out from the Con and it's time to start organizing volunteers.  We will need help in Programming, Registration, ConSuite, Art Show, Silent Auction,Gaming and Security and possibly Ops.  We also need help setting up on Thursday (this includes loading in) and tearing down on Sunday (this includes loading out).

Eight hours gets you a partial refund and twelve hours gets you a bigger refund.

What would you like to help with?    You can sign up online at our website Clevelandconcoction.org or send me an email here.  Please let me know as soon as possible what hours and days you're available for and what department you would like to help in.

Ordering is open until January 15th however no quotes/orders will be accepted for 2018 after this date, no exceptions, so get those quote requests in early!
