BiographyWho am I? I am still in the process of figuring that out. All I know, most days, is that there is a collective that is me, and that it tries to avoid using the royal “we.”
I am a writing-person; not for any noble or world-changing reasons, but because the words run around and around in my head and if I don’t let them fall out, they drown everything else out. The most obvious evidence is my Empty Cradle post-apocalyptic book series, of which two are written and the third is on the way. In addition, I have been a freelance automotive writer for sixteen years, because I am also a car person. There are five cars currently in the driveway and four of them are ongoing projects, and all of them are awesome. I spent three years living full-time in a motorhome as a nomad. I am best pigeonholed as a feline skirt-wearing post-apocalyptic gothic dieselpunk with distinct steampunk and maker tendencies and an encyclopedic knowledge of cars. (It’s a really specific pigeonhole, and if I found someone else in it, there would probably have to be a fight.) Feedback and criticism make me extremely happy. If you have a thought, good or ill, please don’t hesitate to share, either in the comments section or via e-mail. Thanks for stopping by. There are plenty of chairs. |
