ConCoction Harassment Policy
Cleveland ConCoction is committed to providing a safe and welcoming convention experience for ALL persons. In accordance with this, we are dedicated to ensuring a harassment-free convention for all attendees.
Harassment is any form of behavior that is unwelcome, unreciprocated, or unsolicited which makes an unpleasant, humiliating or intimidating environment for the person who is the target of the behavior.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, unwelcome photography or videography, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Attendees who feel they are victims of harassment are asked to firmly and decisively say NO, and report the behavior to ConCoction Security or Staff immediately.
Attendees witnessing harassing behavior are asked to contact ConCoction Security or Staff immediately.
All reports of harassment will be investigated by ConCoction staff.
Any attendee found in violation of this policy will be given a warning, removed from the convention without refund, or reported to local law enforcement, at the discretion of ConCoction Staff.
