Cleveland ConCoction is run by the fans, for the fans. Without the efforts of the Convention Staff and the assistance of lots of helpful fans, ConCoction wouldn't go on.
If you have a little time, you can help keep ConCoction going and growing! We can find something you can do in the time you have available if you have a willingness to help out.
But wait, there's more! The perks of volunteering go beyond being an integral part of ConCoction!
***Reimbursements are handled at the end of the day, on Sunday 3/10, after all volunteer hours are reported in. ***

But wait, there's more! The perks of volunteering go beyond being an integral part of ConCoction!
- For 8 hours of assistance, you can be reimbursed to a staff membership rate of $25 for the weekend.
- If you would like to do a little more and volunteer 12 hours, you can have the cost of your membership fully reimbursed. (4 of those hours are at the convention's request and must be fulfilled.)

Areas where we often need assistance:
Load in
People are needed to unload things from incoming vehicles in the parking lot and get it to the correct room in the hotel. Heavy lifting may be required.
This job is done Thursday evening and Friday morning.
Door Security
Volunteers are needed at the doors to the Art show, Dealers Room, and Con Suite.
All you need to do is sit by the door and check that people have badges.
Assignments can be as short as an hour.
ConSuite
Volunteers are needed to watch the door, refill food trays and drink bins, and keep the room tidy.
Gophers
Gophers help in many ways, from taking programming panel counts, to sending reports between rooms, assisting security and running errands onsite. Gophers are often needed in various capacities.
Load out
People are needed to pack up materials and load them out to the vehicles in the parking lot. Heavy lifting may be required. We will need you after closing ceremonies on Sunday.
