What is the benefit of registering early??
Many members will wait until the weekend of a convention to purchase their Cleveland ConCoction membership for that calendar year.
This is when the ConCoction membership price is the most expensive.
We offer different membership payment tiers to register, and registering early helps our volunteers help you the best.
Adult Weekend Membership Rates:
(Ages 13+)
January 22 - January 30, 2024: $ 35
January 31 - February 11, 2024: $ 40
February 12 - February 25, 2024: $ 45
February 26 and at Con: $ 50
Children's Weekend Membership Rates:
(Ages 7-12)
January 22 - February 25, 2024: $ 15
February 26 and at Con: $ 20

Kid in Tow [KIT] Membership ( kids ages 6 years and under): FREE

Group Rates
Group rates for our 2024 convention offer a discount valid for:
Current weekend rate - $35
5 - 20 badges: $30/badge
21 - 45+ badges: $25/badge

Register as a group and save some $$$ for the Exhibit hall and the Artshow, and attend this Epic, fan-run locally managed membership event!!
Group rates for our 2024 convention offer a discount valid for:
- Valid on no less than 5 weekend badges, or more only
- Must be mailed in as a full set to our PO Box (check, MO, and CC, please do not mail cash)
- Expiration after 03/3/2024; all orders must be postmarked by this date
- NO group discount @ door

Rules & Details
Kid-in-tow [KIT] membership badges are FREE for children ages 6 and under with the purchase of accompanying adult badge for the same onsite time period.
Kids-in-tow [KIT] found wandering the convention without a parent will be taken to the Children’s Programming room with a $10 return fee required or the forfeit of the accompanying adult badge.
ConCoction requires a Legal Photo ID for all adult registrations and ALL children’s memberships must have an accompanying adult with a Legal Photo ID. No exceptions.
The cost of a replacement name badge (including name changes) is $5, but only for the first time. Replacement cost of a second and all subsequent replacement name badges will be the full weekend price.
Notice: ConCoction will ONLY give registration refunds in the case of extreme circumstances.
