Hotel Parking

All onsite hotel parking at this hotel location is free!!!

"But, why should I get a room at the hotel?"

By staying at the hotel for the event you are close to all the action when you need to be, and you can be here from begining to end! As well, you will be able to reserve your room at special event pricing through the contact options provided. Staying at the hotel also ensures you unlimited in and out priviledges from the parking lot.

Having a room gives you a save point to stash your loot, take a shower and gives you a place to nap during the day.  You don't want to run the risk of being an online sensation by napping in the public spaces - you never know who could be watching with camera in hand!  There are onsite food options in the Hemispheres restaurant, the onsite snack shop and the ConSuite.

Also, the badge membership prices are directly linked to the hotel. The more room nights we all bring to the hotel, the lower the amount the hotel charges for convention space. More room nights lowers future membership fees to attend, an so on.

Additionally, safety is the most important reason to obtain a room, for you and those that might be on the road when you leave the convention.
If you have attended a room party or have been up for a late night gaming session, this is not the best time to be behind the wheel. One or two nights at our hotel will be a less costly option than a DUI & it could even save someone's life.
