Publication due date for Our 2018 Program Book is February 2nd, as published on our Calendar of Events Page.

There's now only 10 days left to pre-register for ConCoction 2018 at the $40 membership rate online and through mail by November 30th.

If you want to save even more, signup online to volunteer at the convention and get reimbursed onsite to the volunteer rate of $25 for the whole weekend - Join our team today!! 

Sign-up for Programming at ConCoction 2018 opened in June of this year, but we are currently still accepting submissions online.

Don't forget - ConCoction 2018 is at a new location! 

In 2018 we will still be on the same great weekend (the second weekend in March) but we have moved to The Bertram Inn & Conference Center.

Volunteer signup on our website is currently still open and we are accepting volunteers and gophers for several departments during and outside of convention hours. 

If you have an interest in volunteering with ConCoction 2018, you can use the volunteers form online to submit your information to the volunteers department and we'll followup with you.

The Volunteers had a great time at NE Geek Expo last weekend.
The convention had moved from the SPIRE Institute in Ashtabula to the Ashtabula Towne Square where they took over a very large space for Saturday AND Sunday - making them now a 2-day event. 

Lots of fantastic cosplay was seen between Saturday and Sunday, fantastic artists and vendors, charity silent auction, cosplay contests and more!
