Pre-registration is open until Midnight tonight on our website on the Registration page.
After midnight, registration will only be taken in Registration for weekend or single day rate memberships. 

So, don't wait - go to our Registration Page now and get your registration in before midnight!

Many of you already know that our Author Guest of Honor is a fellow by the name of Christopher Bennett. Many of you may also know that Christopher has written extensively in the Star Trek world, including his most recent series, Rise of the Federation. What you might not know is that book 4 in the RIse of the Federation series, Live by the Code, is scheduled to be released on March 29 of this year. What you don't know, until now, is the Christopher and his publisher, Simon Schuster Pocket Books, have decided to make a limited amount of pre-release copies of Live by the Code available to attendees at Cleveland ConCoction.
That's right. You can leave Cleveland ConCoction with a brand new copy of this book in your greedy little hands a little over two weeks before you can get it anywhere else.
As an additional bonus, they are sending along copies of books 2 and 3 in the series, Tower of Babel and Uncertain Logic.
While we are still working out the details of how to do it, these books are all to be GIVEN AWAY at the convention.

This year we are honored to be partnering with two local charity groups: Extra Life & Stay-A-While Cat Shelter
These are two very different charities but both with very important goals: To bring hope to those needing treatment and care. 

We will be raising funds to both of these groups through our annual Silent Auction, and donations have already been coming to us over the last year. 
Be sure to check the Charity Silent Auction page from time to time to see just some of the great items that you could win and support others in need. ​
The Charity Silent Auction will now be in the Artshow this year, as it is moving from the Exhibit Hall. 

Should you be inclined, we will be taking donations of food, litter, toys, etc. to deliver to Stay-A-While after the convention. 

Members of Extra Life will be manning a table on our mezzanine level during the convention if you'd like to learn more, and they will also be speaking during a short panel session. 

We also will have a LARGE partial donation of fabric in the Registration office during the convention. 
Half of the money from the sale of these textiles will also go to our charities this year! 

Did you miss out on sponsoring our Program book this year? 
No problem! We will have 600 swag bags this year from our Sponsors at Critical Hit Games and information can still be added to our website!

The friends & volunteers of ConCoction 2016 are pleased to announce the addition of special guest, Larry Nemecek to our 2016 convention. 

Author, actor, editor, archivist, consultant, interviewer and producer.  He has portrayed Dr. McCoy in the Star Trek Continues web series episodes "Pilgrim of Eternity" and "Lolani."

This year our 2016 T-shirts and Program Book feature Dr. ConCoction in Space! This work is the creation of local artist Ryan Patrick Finley and it is our great pleasure to present it to you!

Same as in past years, there is limited time to pre-order. 
All T-shirt orders are due by Midnight on Sunday, February 21st on our website and will be available for pick up in Registration at the convention. Shipping is available, but must be selected when ordering. 

This year we have worked with our vendor and we will have kids t-shirts available, but these will be on a pre-order on basis. 

Shirts that will be available at the convention will be on a limited availability of colors, sizes, and styles. Once they are gone there are no re-orders, so be sure to get yours today!

Cleveland ConCoction 2016 is busting at the seams with wonderful award-winning authors, great up-and-coming talent, and very helpful, celebrated Ohio publishers.

At the convention this year, come visit with Raw Dog Screaming Press/Dog Star Books and Loconeal Publishing. In the literary track, experienced authors and publishers will be hosting panels on everything from science fiction discussions to writing workshops and even how to create the best elevator pitch for submitting your book to agents and publishers.

The fantastic girls of Girl Scout Troop 70505 will be returning! 

ConCoction's favorite cookie sellers and cosplayers in training will be back again in 2016 for all your tasty cookie needs while the learn money handling, sales and leadership skills.
