The Volunteers of Cleveland ConCoction 2019 are pleased to welcome back Katie Starr of Nerd Girl Cosplay as Cosplay Guest! Katie is a well known prop designer as well as cosplayer and her talent for detail is phenomenal.
Katie, in addition to being a cosplay contest judge, will also be teaching a workshop this year and signup prior to the convention is preferred.
