December 2019 

• 17th - Volunteers Meeting @ Critical Hit Games 
• 27th - Programming Signup Ends 

January 2020 

• 11th - Volunteers Holiday Party 
• 14th - Volunteers Meeting @ Panera Rocky River 
• ​15th - GM Signups Close for Program Print
• 30th - Program Book deadline (All Depts & Ads) 
• 30th - Custom Ribbon order deadline 

February 2020

• 11th - Volunteers Meeting @ Critical Hit Games
• 15th - ALL GM Signups Close 
• 16th - Player Signups Open 
• 21st - 2020 Membership Registration Ends 
• 23rd - All Swag Bag Items Due 

March 2020 

• 10th - (Tentative) Volunteers Meeting @ Critical Hit 
• 20-22 - Cleveland ConCoction (ConCoction 7)

April 2020 

• 21st - Volunteers Meeting @ Panera Rocky River
